Windchants Nova is easy to miss: one tower, sixty homes, inside an estate that was finished years ago. But for buyers who want a new home without a building site around them, it’s one of the most interesting launches on the Dwarka Expressway.

What makes it different
Most new launches ask you to imagine the neighbourhood. Here, the neighbourhood already exists: Windchants’ seven towers, its seventh-level skywalk, Club Windchimes, the biodiversity pond and the Delhi green belt next door. Nova adds its own concierge lobby, a pickleball court, a health café, an open gym, a conference room and a zen garden.
Why small towers sell differently
With only 60 homes, there’s no “inventory” in the usual sense. Each floor has just two homes, so the choice comes down to height and view. Higher floors facing the green belt tend to go first, and pricing typically steps up floor by floor. If you’re interested, it’s worth asking which floors remain now rather than waiting for a “launch event”.
