Experion’s next residential project in Gurgaon is being marketed as Emerelle Reserve, on the land it bought in Sector 88A, just off the Dwarka Expressway. Buyers are already asking about it. Here’s an honest status report as of 20 October 2026.

Experion acquired the parcel in 2024, and reports at the time said it planned about 3 million sq. ft. of luxury housing there, with a development cost of around ₹2,000 crore. That scale — on under eight acres — points to tall towers rather than a low-rise project.
What’s indicated (not yet official)
The plan shared through marketing partners is:
- 3 BHK of about 2,100 sq. ft.
- 3 BHK + utility of about 2,600 sq. ft.
- 4 BHK of about 3,200 sq. ft.
- Towers of up to ground + 40 floors, with four homes per core
- A clubhouse of roughly 70,000 sq. ft.
- Expected starting price around ₹3.75 Cr*
Treat every one of these as provisional. Sizes, tower counts and prices often shift between pre-launch and the RERA filing.
What isn’t out yet
Three things matter most, and none are public yet:
- HARERA registration — there’s no RERA number on the HARERA Gurugram register as of today.
- Official price list and payment plan — Experion hasn’t published one.
- Possession date — this will be in the RERA filing; until then, any date you hear is a guess.
The project also isn’t listed on experion.co yet. That’s normal at this stage, but it’s another reason to wait for the official paperwork.
Is Sector 88A a good location?
Sector 88A sits between the Dwarka Expressway and Pataudi Road, both of which lead to NH-48. Since the Haryana stretch of the expressway opened in 2024, travel to Dwarka, the airport and the Yashobhoomi convention centre has become much easier. The trade-off: shops, schools and hospitals in Sectors 88–90 are still filling in, so early residents will drive for most daily needs for a while.
